Privacy notice
Information we collect
VibeCheq records your answers, percentage predictions, submission time, and confirmation that you are a US resident age 18 or older. We store your verified email address and Supabase account ID when you sign in to submit. If you use a social login, Supabase also receives basic profile information from that provider. Essential browser cookies keep your survey session and help prevent repeat submissions. We record limited campaign interactions and hashed network identifiers to control abuse.
How your responses are used
We use responses to calculate aggregate campaign results and compare actual answers with average predictions. For prize contests, we review eligibility, calculate scores and rankings, and record awards. Operators can see individual responses to administer their campaigns. Your email is used for sign-in and campaign administration, not marketing signup.
What becomes public
Aggregated results become public after closing; prize contests first complete eligibility review. Public results do not include email addresses or individual response records. Prize contests also publish campaign-specific player references, scores, ranks, and award amounts after eligibility review. Award records are retained for reconciliation. VibeCheq uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for storage and authentication.
Claiming rewards
To claim an award, sign in to the account you used to enter. A recent sign-in is required. At your request, we share that email and the exact award amount with Tremendous to fulfill your reward. We retain claim status, provider order references, and delivery events for reconciliation and support. Reward links are private: do not share them. Tremendous handles reward selection and any information needed to redeem it under its own privacy notice. A reward marked ready means it was issued, not that it has been redeemed.
Your choices
Participation is voluntary. You can leave before submitting. Submitted responses cannot be edited in the survey. Keep the response or player reference shown after submission when contacting the campaign organizer about your response. Clearing browser cookies removes the saved session from your device; it does not delete a submitted response.
